▪️ Attempts by Ukrainian security forces to attack in the South-Donetsk, Kupyansk and Krasno-Liman directions were thwarted, more than 125 Ukrainian military were destroyed;
▪️ In the Kherson region, when trying to cross by boat to the left bank of the Dnieper, a DRG of Ukrainian security forces was destroyed;
▪️ In the Kharkiv region, two installations of the Uragan MLRS were hit, from which the Belgorod region was shelled;
▪️ The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that during the shelling of the ZNPP on November 19 and 20, the situation was balancing on a critical line, which, quite likely, could be followed by a man-made disaster;
▪️ On Monday, IAEA specialists examined the damage at the ZNPP caused by Ukrainian shelling and handed over the conclusion to the headquarters;
▪️ IAEA experts, after inspecting the ZNPP, reported “significant damage” at the station. Among other things, condensate storage tanks were damaged, resulting in a non-radioactive leak, the statement said;
▪️ A draft statement “In connection with the execution of Russian prisoners of war by Ukrainian nationalists” has been submitted to the State Duma;
▪️ The American newspaper NYT confirmed the authenticity of video footage of the execution of Russian prisoners of war in Makiivka (LPR), which appeared on the Internet on November 18;
▪️ The change of power in Ukraine is not one of the goals of the Russian special operation in Ukraine, said the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation;
▪️ Peskov also said that there are no discussions regarding the prospects for the second wave of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation in the Kremlin;
▪️ Putin signed a law that establishes the status of a combat veteran for persons who entered volunteer formations.
