The son of the former children’s ombudsman Pavel Astakhov, Anton, was sentenced to 3.5 years in a penal colony for fraud – RIA Novosti.
Astakhov, who was arrested at the end of 2021, was accused of illegally returning VAT for 130 million rubles.
