Three of the four participants in yesterday’s action in Moscow were released from the Arbat police station with protocols under part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
Maria Volokh has the arrest part of the same article (part 8 – repeated violation of the protest legislation): the girl will stay in the police department for the night.
