Andrey Pivovarov’s lawyers Badamshin and Eliseev at the appeal meeting asked to recognize their client not guilty. Prosecutor Istomin asked the court to uphold the verdict of the Leninsky District Court, according to which Andrei Pivovarov was sentenced to four years in prison, in force.
Lawyers in their complaints draw the attention of the court to the fact that the jurisdiction in the criminal case is incorrectly determined.
