Defiantly, under the record, detainees in the Belgorod region, because of the refusal to return to the war, the mobilized Yuri Degtyarev and Ivan Selivanov were not arrested, but sent to a military unit in the Voronezh region, told “Layout” Degtyarev himself.
He explained that he was ready to fight, but only after the generation of treatment, preparation, etc.
Now, against the mobilized, a case is being investigated under Part 2.1 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code on non-execution of an order.
