In Simferopol, Andrei Belozerov, a former teacher at the Belogorsk College, was charged with using Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for publishing the song “Chervona Kalina” on VKontakte. He was given 14 days of administrative arrest. It is reported by "Cold".
Belozerov told the project that on October 28 at 6:10 a.m. security forces came to his dormitory. “I’m face down on the floor, practically without clothes, in just shorts, excuse me, they put me down, handcuff me and start kicking me in the kidneys, in the stomach, in the chest. Where they hit, they hit there, ”said the man. He added that the security forces stepped on his head with their feet and damaged his earlobes. During the search, Belozerov's laptop, phone and documents were confiscated, including a Ukrainian passport, diplomas, labor and health records.
In September, Belozerov was arrested for 13 days and fired from the technical school. The reason was a video in which a teacher and several students watch a video with a Ukrainian song about the Bayraktar drone playing in the background. The court found Belozerov guilty of "discrediting" the army and displaying Nazi symbols.
Pro-Russian channels claimed that the denunciation of Belozerov was written by the students themselves. Shot wrote that he allegedly constantly said that he was “waiting for the arrival of the Armed Forces of Ukraine”, and hinted that “there will be no Crimean bridge soon.”
The head of the annexed Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, earlier promised to open criminal cases against those who sing Ukrainian songs in the republic and support Ukraine. All this, according to him, is "a betrayal of Russia."
On September 14, six participants of the wedding, where the song "Chervona Kalina" was played, were arrested in Crimea. The owner of the banquet hall in the dining room "Arpat", where the wedding took place, received 15 days of arrest, a DJ and a dancer – 10 days each, the mother of the groom – 5 days, the mother of the bride – a fine of 40 thousand rubles, the wife of the owner of the restaurant – a fine of 50 thousand rubles . The canteen itself was closed, and the security forces forced the owner of the establishment and the DJ to apologize on camera.
On October 3, the winner of the Mrs. Crimea 2022 contest, Olga Valeeva, and her friend were prosecuted for performing the Ukrainian song Chervona Kalina. The girls were found guilty of committing administrative offenses under two articles – on discrediting the Russian army (20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and on propaganda of Nazi or extremist symbols (20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). Valeeva was fined 40 thousand rubles. The court did not arrest Olga, because she has minor children. The second girl was arrested for 10 days. In addition, a video with the apology of the girls was published on the Telegram channel of the Crimean police.
