Roskosmos showed a model of the “heart” of a nuclear tug that will surf the universe.
The transport power module with a megawatt-class nuclear power plant is designed for deep space flights. The nuclear tug has been under development in Russia since 2010, Roskosmos spoke about plans for the first flight into orbit in 2030 for flight tests.
