▪️ The State Duma adopted a statement of the chamber calling on the parliaments of the world to condemn the crimes of the Kyiv regime and promote the prosecution of the direct perpetrators responsible for the execution of Russian prisoners of war;
▪️ The Investigative Committee of Russia announced that, as part of the investigation of criminal cases, it would check information about the participation of mercenaries from NATO countries in hostilities on the side of Kyiv;

▪️ Peskov said that the shelling of the ZNPP is fraught with a threat to the environmental security of vast territories, Russia will continue the dialogue with the IAEA;
▪️ On November 28, Gazprom will begin to reduce gas supplies through Ukraine, while maintaining the imbalance in gas transmission in transit to Moldova, the company said;
▪️ There are practically no intact thermal and hydroelectric power plants left in Ukraine, the head of the board of the national energy company Ukrenergo said.
