❗️The Arkhangelsk Regional Court left the decision in the case of Sergei Mokhnatkin unchanged
The appeal of the lawyer Leonid Krikun Judge Yury Sek left without satisfaction. The criminal case against the human rights activist under articles on “disorganization of the colony” and “insulting the court” was closed on July 25 due to his death. The defense demanded that Mokhnatkin be acquitted and subsequently rehabilitated.
