Students of Pskov State University from Uzbekistan recorded a video message to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev with a request to transfer them to study in their homeland. After that, they were invited to a meeting with the security forces. This is reported by the Telegram channel of students of the university "Booth Bars".

In the video, a group of students talk about the unstable situation in Russia: “The unstable situation, which is becoming more serious every day, worries us and our parents.” After the video was published, according to Booth Bars, they were invited to one of the buildings of the university to meet with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "on the political situation in the country." The meeting was called "With hatred and xenophobia, we are not on the way."

Earlier, emigrants from Central Asia have already reported how their situation in Russia worsened after the start of the war and the announcement of mobilization. Thus, human rights activist Valentina Chupik said that men, in particular from Kyrgyzstan, are forced to sign military contracts by deception.
