Before flying to Armenia for the CSTO summit, Putin met with the head of Uralchem (one of the world’s largest fertilizer producers).
He approved Mazepin’s initiative for the UN and the African Union to unblock 265,000 tons of fertilizer, which the company is ready to supply for free to the poorest countries, but which are now blocked in European ports.
