FSB: in the Voronezh region, an attempt to sabotage military and energy facilities was suppressed, it was prepared by a secret cell of supporters of the Ukrainian nationalist ideology.
The secret service tried to detain the leader of the cell and two of his accomplices when they were taking terror funds from the cache – but they offered armed resistance and were destroyed, no one else was hurt, the FSB reports.
