Ilya Yashin in court asked to change his detention in the pre-trial detention center for a bail amount exceeding the maximum – 5 million 100 thousand instead of just 5 million.
The politician said that he was not going to hide in Bulgaria, where he has a share in the apartment: “I am interested in this case being objectively, comprehensively considered.”
At the same time, the prosecution called Bulgaria “an unfriendly country.”
