Lawyer Alexander Peredruk, who came to the detainee…

Lawyer Alexander Peredruk, who came to the detainee Leyla Girieva, told Sota that no procedural documents, including a protocol for the girl’s detention, have yet been drawn up. At the same time, Leyla herself is kept in a cell for administrative detainees.

Police officers from Ingushetia are waiting at the police station tonight or tomorrow morning, to whom, as the initiators of putting the girl on the wanted list, Leyla should be handed over.

Girieva, we recall, was detained this morning in St. Petersburg: she fled from Ingushetia because of death threats from relatives who had previously subjected her to forced psychiatric treatment. After the girl left the house, her relatives wrote a statement about the theft against her, and Leyla was put on the wanted list. Giriyeva’s uncle is a police major.
