First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Dmitry Polyansky acknowledged the shelling: “Ukrainians, frightened by our attacks on infrastructure facilities, requested an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council.”
Recall that the European Parliament today recognized Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism.
