Executive Council of the Congress of Deputies of Ilya Ponomarev chose their “Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary” representatives in various countries of the world.
In Ukraine, Ilya Ponomarev himself became such a representative, in Poland and Lithuania – his father, Vladimir Ponomarev. At the same time, he was not a delegate to the congress and a member of the council.
Ponomarev Sr. is a relative of Boris Ponomarev, a member of the Central Committee of the CPSU.
