The State Duma adopted a package of laws banning propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations
▪️ it is forbidden to issue a rental certificate for films with materials that promote non-traditional sexual relations and preferences and gender reassignment
▪️ advertising and publications with a demonstration and propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations and preferences and gender reassignment are prohibited – books, films and audiovisual services will also be banned from LGBT propaganda
▪️ it is forbidden to sell goods, including foreign ones, with the promotion of non-traditional sexual relations and preferences and gender reassignment
▪️ three administrative articles are formulated:
1. responsibility for promoting pedophilia (fine for citizens up to 800 thousand rubles, for organizations up to 10 million, and for foreigners also deportation)
2. responsibility for distribution among minors descriptions or pictures non-traditional sexual relations / preferences (fine for citizens up to 200 thousand rubles, for organizations up to 4 million, and for foreigners also deportation)
3. ban on any propaganda non-traditional сексуальных отношений / предпочтений, а не только among minors (и штрафы повышаются со 100 тыс до 400 тыс рублей для граждан и с 1 млн до 5 млн для организаций)
▪️ Roskomnadzor will have the right to approve the procedure for monitoring the Internet to identify information and programs, access to which is subject to restriction as part of the ban on propaganda of LGBT people and pedophilia
