The Armenian government submitted to the parliament a draft law on the re-establishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which in 2003 was transformed into the police. The ministry will unite the police, the rescue service and the migration service, and on the basis of the police troops and the state protection department they can form the national guard.
