The court for a month, until December 25, extended the period of pre-trial detention for the defendants in the Mayakovo case: Artem Kamardin, Yegor Shtovbe and Nikolai Daineko.
The meeting came in the absence of Kamardin, who was sent to a psychiatric hospital for a month for an examination appointed by the investigation.
The court did not listen to the arguments of the defense that young people do not have the opportunity to put pressure on witnesses (some of them are classified), or otherwise interfere with the investigation or leave Russia.
Arguments that Shtovba had disabled parents were also ignored, and the examination did not find extremism in the verses sane for young people.
