The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has put TV presenter and pro-Kremlin journalist Andrey Karaulov on the wanted list. Mediazona drew attention to this information on the agency's website. The date and place of birth in the card match the data from Karaulov's website.
In early November, the security forces came to search the home of the TV presenter. According to him, this is due to a criminal libel case initiated at the request of the head of the Rostec state corporation, Sergei Chemezov. “People armed with machine guns tried to cut the gate with a grinder. Rostec said that the case against Karaulov was initiated due to the fact that he “went far beyond the scope of professional ethics” and published “rumors and conjectures divorced from reality” that caused “reputational damage” to Chemezov.
