We remind you that now you can’t and for which fines are threatened under the updated law on the ban on LGBT propaganda.
As we wrote, the amendments have been tightened. What’s new:
– Sites with prohibited information will be entered into the register of prohibited ones, and then blocked.
– Goods containing prohibited information (rainbow pop-its?) will not be sold.
– On streaming, it will be possible to watch / listen to haram content only with a special code that confirms age. If it is technically impossible to fasten age confirmation, the materials will be deleted.
Penalties:
– For the promotion of non-traditional sexual relations or preferences for any age, ordinary citizens will pay 50-400k rubles, officials – 100-800k, legal entities – from 800k to 5 million rubles or suspension of activities up to 90 days.
– Citizens will pay 200-800k rubles for promoting pedophilia, officials from 400k to 2 million, legal entities – 1-10 million rubles or suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
– For the dissemination of information among minors about non-traditional sexual relations or capable of causing a desire to change sex, citizens will pay 50-200k rubles, officials 100-400k, legal entities – from 800k to 4 million rubles or suspension of activities up to 90 days.
