❗️The parent company of Yandex is the Dutch Yandex N.V. – stated that it is considering the possibility of allocation the Russian part of the business into a separate group companies, the new group will also include a number of foreign destinations and will retain the Yandex brand.
Thus, within the framework of the new structure, the businesses of autonomous vehicles, cloud technologies, educational services and a data tagging platform will continue to operate on the Russian market, but their international parts will be separated into separate companies managed by Yandex N.V.
Management of the new group can be transferred management Yandex. Detailed terms of all possible changes will be disclosed at a later date.
Over time, the Dutch Yandex N.V. plans to go from among the shareholders of the new structure and change your name.
