A possible restriction of oil prices from Russia is beneficial only to Washington, but it will harm not only Moscow, but also the European Union as a whole, causing chaos in the global energy market, writes the Chinese Global Times.
The newspaper’s expert believes that European countries discussing the price ceiling for Russian oil are increasingly aware that the United States is persuading the EU to introduce measures against Moscow to increase profits and benefits for Washington, therefore, emerging in the EU disagreements on this issue, the publication calls “predictable”.
