AO Mosgaz, which is the main gas supplier in Moscow, buys military equipment: on October 25, the company signed a contract for the supply of 200 body armor, 200 tactical helmets and 200 bayonet shovels.
Presumably, thus, through non-core companies, the Ministry of Defense carries out military purchases in order not to draw attention to them: we have already talked about this practice earlier.
It is hardly possible to say that Mosgaz itself will need equipment for business trips to Ukraine, since officially the company has no interests there, and its profile does not explain the need for shovels.
We add that the execution of the contract is scheduled for the remaining period of 2022.
