Putin instructed to create a resource with data on citizens to update military registration documents

Putin instructed to create an information resource with data on citizens necessary for updating military registration documents. This will be done by the Ministry of Digital Development and the Federal Tax Service with the participation of the Ministry of Defense.

The resource must be created by the Ministry of Digital Development and the Federal Tax Service with the participation of the Ministry of Defense before April 1, 2024.

At the same time, the media, citing sources, warn of an impending second wave of mobilization in Russia. According to Nestka, the second wave could start as early as winter. "Important stories", citing sources, report that a large-scale offensive against Ukraine may resume in the spring:

“Vladimir Putin does not leave plans to take Kyiv, in order to achieve his goal he is ready to fight for several years, regardless of losses,” two unrelated sources told Important Stories: one of them is close to the General Staff, the second to the FSB.

“In general terms, the plan is something like this: for now, gain time and stabilize the front with the help of the mobilized. And then start all over again in the spring. By the spring of next year, the losses [among the mobilized] killed and wounded [according to one of the forecasts] could reach about 100 thousand. But this does not scare anyone: they will be replaced by conscripts,” says a source close to the FSB.

In October, it was reported that in Russia, men began to receive subpoenas stating the need to come to the military registration and enlistment office next spring.
