❗️The Zhukovsky District Court of the Kaluga Region sent an 11-year-old child to the cell of the local TsVSIG
Local human rights activist Tatyana Kotlyar announced the court’s decision. She said that the reason was the decision to expel the father of the child from the country.
The court was not stopped either by the fact that the boy had a grandmother and an uncle who were Russian citizens, or that he studied at a local lyceum, or that there were no relevant legislative norms that would allow sending a child to the TsVSIG.
According to Kotlyar, a complaint about the situation will be filed on Monday, as the document must be signed by his father.
