As a result of the shelling of the Kherson region, two people were killed and ten more were injured, according to the head of the local OVA, Yaroslav Yanushevich.
According to him, a total of 39 attacks were recorded.
“The residential quarters of Kherson were again shelled, enemy shells hit private premises, a trading establishment and a school. The Russians also fired at the following settlements of the region: Chernobaevka, Antonovka, Pridneprovskoye, Nikolskoye, Zelenovka and Muzykovka,” Yanushevich wrote.
Also, the Russian military shelled the city of Berislav: private houses were damaged. In the Berislav region, Novoaleksandrovka, Kachkarovka and Kostyrka came under fire.
This week, the Ukrainian authorities began a voluntary evacuation of the population of Kherson. The train with the first 100 residents left for Khmelnitsky on October 25, according to the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
