Russia intends at the upcoming conference of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological Weapons to return to discussing the goals of the Pentagon’s biological programs, said Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the RCBZ troops.
Moscow also proposes to resume negotiations on the development of a legally binding protocol with lists of pathogens, toxins and an effective verification mechanism.
The Ministry of Defense noted that the biological activity of the United States in Ukraine raises questions even among their allies.
