President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Kyiv authorities did not do enough work to deploy the so-called “Invincibility Points,” places with light and heat where residents can come to warm themselves in the event of a power outage. When electricity went out in the city after the shelling, a large number of complaints were received from residents about their work.
Zelensky stated this in his traditional video message to the Ukrainians.
“Also, “Points of Invincibility” have been deployed throughout the country. But I know that, unfortunately, local authorities did not do a good job in all cities. In particular, there are many complaints in Kyiv,” he said.
According to him, the capital's rescuers did the best job in providing the "Points of invincibility". The President also noted the point deployed at the railway station.
“And to put it mildly, we still need to work on other points … I expect the mayor's office to do better work. No one will forgive anyone for profanation with the Kyiv “Indestructibility Points,” Zelensky added.
