Ilya Azar publishes document on the basis of which they didn’t let me in on a flight from Berlin to Riga with a Latvian visa D.
Presumably, the bans are mixed up in the document: earlier, Latvia intended not to let Russians in precisely with A and C visas, which are now listed in it as the only possible ones for flying into the country.
