The Federal Customs Service stated that the information about the alleged strengthening of customs control measures when goods are imported into Russia for the needs of the special operation is not true.
The department added that in case of delays in the clearance of such goods (due to errors in the preparation of declarations or for other reasons), you need to contact the FCS chat bot or customs hotlines.
