The Robinson-66 helicopter crashed on takeoff in the village of Vyazovets, Tver Region. There were two brothers on board: Alexander and Dmitry Kurylev. They died on the spot.
On Friday, the men arrived at the hunting grounds, today they planned to return home. 54-year-old Alexander Kurylev was an honored master of sports in aircraft sports and a world champion in aerobatics. He also flew a helicopter that crashed in a field about 300 meters from the road.
