In Belgorod detained anti-war activists Andrei Kalashnikov and Alena Maltseva (a girl is a minor).
Kalashnikov stood with a poster “Hug if you are for peace.”
The police told Kalashnikov that they suspected him of theft, and Maltseva – of fraud.
