The prosecutor’s office of Milan formulated an indictment against Artyom Ussto extradite him to the United States.
The son of the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory came to the Milan court to present arguments in his defense. According to him, Artyom has never been to New York (the prosecution is sure that he fled from there as soon as the scheme was revealed), and went to San Francisco as a teenager.
Uss and six others are accused of smuggling military technology from the US to Russia, oil from Venezuela to China and the Russian Federation, evading sanctions and laundering millions of dollars.
