Medical and sanitary units (MSCh) in the colonies of the Oryol region and Altai Territory refused to disclose the reasons for the introduction of quarantine in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service this fall, when prisoners were allegedly recruited there for the war:
“The requested information cannot be provided” declared in MSCh-57 and MSCh-22 to the Gray Zone project.
