At the same time, the summonses were handed over to citizens of Belarus and Uzbekistan, ignoring their lack of Russian passports and even residence permits.
“I just can’t help but go,” says our source at the plant, who received the summons, “because they threaten me with dismissal, and almost all the other guys have already quit and gone home. The brigadier says that, they say, there is a decree by Putin, such as calling even non-citizens of the Russian Federation. They tell me “they won’t send you to war, only the data will be clarified,” but I’m still afraid.”
