All male employees of the Presidential Administration were temporarily banned from traveling on business trips abroad. Foreign holidays are now also banned.
According to Baza, the Presidential Administration issued an order that from now on only women can go on business trips abroad. Such rules will be in effect until the issuance of a “special order on mobilization” (what kind of order this was, “Baza” could not find out). Holidays abroad, which until recently were undesirable, are now also prohibited.
It is possible that this is a precautionary measure. Since there is a rumor among the officials inside the Presidential Administration that such a requirement appeared after the “escape” of an employee of one of the departments. The man, allegedly being on a business trip in one of the CIS countries, did not return to Russia. It is worth noting that the story of the “escape” has not yet been confirmed.
