An explosion occurred at the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid. According to Europa Press, citing police sources, one embassy official was slightly injured.
The victim himself reached the hospital and has already received medical care.
El Confidential writes that the explosive device was in an envelope handed over to the embassy. It exploded when the envelope was opened. The victim opened the envelope.
“The National Police are already investigating the facts with the participation of the criminal police and the regional information brigade,” the police said in a statement.
