Customer and executor of yesterday’s X Congress of Judges spoke structures of the Presidential Administration: Federal State Unitary Enterprise “President Hotel” and FGBUK “State Kremlin Palace”.
At the same time, the purchase was made from a single supplier under the non-transparent 223-FZ on public procurement.
In previous years, the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court acted as the customer, and the President Hotel was the executor.
Thus, the judicial branch of power, even at the level of organizing its own congress, turned out to be dependent on the Presidential Administration and violated the principle of separation of powers.
Recall that at the convention arrived delegations of judges of the dictatorial regimes of Belarus, Iran, Myanmar, Cuba and others, who promised to exchange experience with Russia.
