Garry Kasparov opened the fourth meeting of participants of the Free Russia Forum since February 24 – the Third Anti-War Conference in Vilnius. According to Kasparov, at the event, the participants will move away from theoretical discussions and will make “practical decisions”, including on establishing ties with Western politicians and diplomats.
The politician Dmitry Gudkov, who started the first public discussion, spoke about the start of work in Brussels of the “Secretariat of European Russians”, which includes Russian politicians in exile: the structure will systematically deal with the problems of Russians who have left under pressure from the regime.
