The Primorsky Regional Court upheld the extension of the compulsory treatment of the shaman Alexander Gabyshev, informs lawyer Alexey Pryanishnikov

Judge Marina Sazhneva refused to conduct an additional psychiatric examination of the defendant, since “the hospital indicated everything in the medical certificate” and, according to Pryanishnikov, she read her decision from printed sheets in the assembly hall, where there was neither a printer nor a computer.

Gabyshev’s lawyer emphasized that during his communication with the client, an orderly was constantly present with a rope in his hand, thereby violating the right to confidential communication.

Back in 2019, Alexander Gabyshev was going to walk from Yakutia to Moscow in order to “expel Putin”, gathering strength for this with every step along the way, after which he was charged with public calls for extremism and violence against a police officer.
