Such a conclusion follows from billsubmitted to the State Duma by Anatoly Aksakov, head of the Committee on Financial Markets.
The document assumes the possibility of non-payment of personal income tax in the event of forgiveness of mortgage loans in 2022-2023.
It should be noted that in the case of mobilization, it was only about credit holidays, which, in fact, banks often do not provide.
Thus, the possibility of complete forgiveness of mortgage loans announced by Aksakov “in the current economic and geopolitical situation” is a radical and as yet non-existent innovation. His appearance against the background of the allegedly completed mobilization (which the courts and various officials repeatedly denied) can talk about the relevant plans of the government of the Russian Federation.
