Alexei Navalny, who is currently serving a term in IK-6 in the village of Melehovo, Vladimir Region, was again sent to a punishment cell. This time, because the oppositionist allegedly “violated the uniform”: he was not wearing a jacket.
This became known at a meeting on the legality of the trade union of prisoners, which was created by Navalny, the Sirena Telegram channel reported .
“Your honor, since our memorable first trial, I have not gotten out of the ShIZO. And I can share with you the unique information that literally 20 minutes ago, before the trial, I was again placed in a ShIZO for 11 days. And just this very well shows the situation [what happens] when any convict simply tries to get into where the money of the Federal Penitentiary Service, corruption of the Federal Penitentiary Service, various deeds, commercial schemes are, ”Navalny said at the meeting.
On the eve it became known that Navalny in the colony had ceased to receive letters from his wife. The oppositionist also said that the authorities of the colony refused to give him winter boots. According to him, all the other prisoners have already switched to winter uniforms, while he himself has only autumn boots. Navalny said that he had already caught a cold after one of his walks in the icy concrete courtyard of the colony.
