Starlink terminals are meteorologically dependent, the quality of communication drops heavily in the rain, a Ukrainian prisoner of war from the 113th brigade of the defense, Sergei Lazarenko, who was taken prisoner in the LPR, told RIA Novosti.
There are other problems with the operation of Starlink terminals – if they break, there is no one to repair them, according to the prisoner.
Financing Starlink by the end of the year may cost the American company Musk Space X more than $100 million (as of October – already $80 million).
