Journalist Nailya Mullaeva was arrested for six days for “repeated violation of the order of the action” (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by the Telegram channel Activatica.org. In addition, the journalist was fined 30,000 for “discrediting the army” (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Both punishments are related to the repost made by the journalist about the action on September 24, her lawyer Ruslan Ignatiev told OVD-Info. We are talking about a rally against the mobilization, which she covered by red assignment. Then she was detained.

As the Respublikasy Telegram channel notes , the session itself lasted 15 minutes, after which the judge retired to the deliberation room for almost an hour.

On December 1, Mullaeva was detained in Kazan. Her parents' apartment was searched. Mullaeva lives in Riga and came to Kazan for a few days.
