Peskov commented on Biden’s statements yesterday about his readiness to talk with Putin.
He recalled that, according to Biden, negotiations with Moscow are possible only after Putin leaves Ukraine. Peskov noted that this is impossible, a special military operation continues.
At the same time, Putin is open to negotiations with Washington, and the most preferred way to resolve the situation in Ukraine is diplomacy.
