The executive director of the Society for the Protection of the Internet, Mikhail Klimarev, has been put on the wanted list.
He had previously been declared a “foreign agent”.
In reply to Klimarev named the Russian authorities were occupying and said that he was in Berlin and was not hiding from anyone.
