The Metropolitan of the Kirovograd diocese of the canonical UOC was accused of subversive activities.
The Security Service of Ukraine stated that the metropolitan was a member of Patriarch Kirill’s inner circle, coordinating with him “the spread of pro-Kremlin views.”
