The pair of legislators Klishas and Krasheninnikov, known for amendments to the Constitution, in the next bill proposed not to consider violations of the law committed “on the territory of the annexed regions of Ukraine” before September 30, 2022, if they were aimed at protecting the interests of the Russian Federation or these subjects, as crimes.
