The Yakutsk city court extended the ban on certain actions to the leader of the republican “Yabloko” Anatoly Nogovitsyn, accused of “repeatedly discrediting the army.” He cannot:
– to leave the dwelling from 20 to 7 in the morning;
– stay in crowded places;
– communicate with witnesses;
– use means of communication.
